Version: 1.51 DEV (master, c26a8e9a, commit 2992) — Last commit: Sun Apr 4 16: +0200 — Last commit: Sun Apr 4 16: +0200. Forsen, the streamer whose community started this entire debacle, commented on the situation yesterday, calling Dr. DisRespect’s response a tad unnecessary and wholly unexpected. The entire controversy stems from a recent stream of his, where he unknowingly opened an explicit Horse GIF on stream. This was a clear breach of Twitch's stringent explicit content and nudity policy. On April 2, Forsen replied to xQc's old tweet to announce that he had taken the crown back just a few weeks later. Forsen had shaved off another seven seconds in the ongoing speedrunning duel. 'Get with the fucking times,' Forsen tweeted, mocking xQc. IMAGINE THINKING YOU CAN KEEP THE BAJS IN THE FREEZER WITH A FUCKING 20:45!?

Instead of applauding her return, many in the streaming community are shocked at Twitch's seeming favoritism towards certain streamers. Download crs cameras.
MissBehavin was banned from Twitch three days ago after exposing herself on stream. It's believed that the explicit video was meant for her Only Fans and that she didn't meant to live stream it on Twitch, but this has never been verified by MissBehavin herself.

— StreamerBans (@StreamerBans) December 20, 2020In the video, the content creator can be seen wearing slinky red lingerie as she dances provocatively in front of the camera. At one point, she bends over right in front of the camera and then moves her underwear to the side, revealing herself entirely.
Since Twitch's Terms of Service state that nudity and suggestive content is not permissible on the platform, the ban seemed completely warranted. But the streaming community was shocked when MissBehavin was back on Twitch after just three days away.

The Twitch community was saddened last month when popular streamer Sebastian 'Forsen' Fors was banned indefinitely after accidentally opening an explicit GIF. Forsen later told his fans he'd be back some time after Christmas, making his punishment about five to six weeks long depending on the exact date of his return.
While showing horse genitalia by accident likely deserves punishment, the situation has also continuously brought up all the times that big-name female streamers have shown a lot worse content and gotten away with little or no consequences from Twitch.
Imane 'Pokimane' Anys had a porn ad pop up during a stream and faced no punishment from Twitch. Kaitlyn 'Amouranth' Siragusa wore a dress with no underwear while playing on the floor with her dog. She accidentally exposed her genitals for a prolonged period of time, resulting in just a three-day ban. Natalia 'Alinity' Mogollon had to beg Twitch on Twitter to ban her after she showed an entire breast on stream during a skit.
I'm getting a suspension YES! Our hard work finally paid off good job guys pic.twitter.com/dNomMydQ8E
— Alinity (@AlinityTwitch) April 26, 2020Why was Pokimane only given a warning for showing porn while Forsen and other male streamers have been banned for weeks at a time for similar mistakes? Why was Twitch willing to ignore Alinity's accidental exposure incident while banning artists and lesser-known streamers for suggestive content?

Now Twitch has been made to look even more suspicious after the swift return of MissBehavin. While the aforementioned streamers allegedly flashed their followers by accident, MissBehavin's content was far more explicit. The clip is over eight minutes long, with her exposure appearing right in the camera and lasting for over a minute.

Many have called Twitch employees 'simps' for always finding ways to give female streamers light punishments for content that goes against their ToS.
People became even more suspicious when Twitch updated its harassment policy to include banning viewers from accusing streamers of getting just this sort of special treatment. For many viewers, it seemed like Twitch was trying to protect itself more than the streamers in question.
Twitch has yet to make any statements regarding the MissBehavin incident. So far there's no explanation as to why some streamers seem to get harsher punishments than others.
